Oregon Black History:  In 1905 Oliver Taylor sued for discrimination and won a judgement by the Oregon Supreme Court.

On Friday, February 21st, there will be a field trip to Chemeketa Community College for members of the senior class.  This field trip is designed to assist any senior planning to attend Chemeketa in the Fall.  To sign up, please visit Ms. Dunn in the College & Career Center.  The deadline to sign up for the field trip is Wednesday, Feb. 19th.   2/18

All art students are invited to submit one entry into the YOUNG ARTISTS’ SHOWCASE at the Salem Art Association’ Bush Barn Gallery. It’s FREE to enter. Please see any of the Sprague art teachers for complete details and an entry form. Deadline to reserve space is Friday Feb. 14. 2/13

Hello American Sign Language fans!  Don’t forget that this Wednesday, the 12th at lunch, is the next ASL Club meeting.  It will be in room 119 (the ASL classroom).  Be sure to bring your lunch and ideas for deaf culture topics that you want covered this semester.  Looking forward to seeing you then! 2/12

Sprague!  Key Club is running our annual Thousand Soles shoe drive from February 18th through March 3rd.  Please bring in new or gently used shoes and place them in the boxes which will be located around campus.  Do something kind for others in your community who may be in need.  If you are curious, or want to volunteer, please see Ms. Harris in room 116.

Attention students: Are you worried about the impending doom of Climate Change?  Do you want to participate in fighting against it?  Come to the Environmental Club meeting TODAY at Lunch in room 149 to write a letter to your representative and tell them about the fight for climate action!

Buenos Días Sprague! Would you like to write a clever Valentine message to a special friend? The Spanish Club is meeting this Thursday at lunch to create Valentines cards to celebrate the DAY OF LOVE AND FRIENDASHIP. Stop by room 124 and create a card for someone special in Spanish while sampling some tasty treats. See you Thursday at lunch, room 124.

Attention all students:  It’s that time again. That’s right it’s MATH LEAGUE TIME!  Join us today at 2:30 in Room 6 in the PIT.  Bring and pencil and a friend.

Are you interested in a movie night with friends? Are you looking to help raise money for prom? Then come to our first Sprague movie night next Wednesday, February 19th where we will be showing “Spiderman Far From Home” at 6:30. There will be concessions and Italian sodas for sale. Tickets will be sold on the commons stage at lunch through Tuesday the 18th, as well as at the door. It cost $3 with ASB and $5 without ASB. Bring a camping chair and a friend! 2/19

Attention all track and field athletes, all tennis players, golfers, baseball and softball players, time is running out to sign up for a spring sport.
