Are you interested in joining the Sprague Cheer family? There will be a second set of tryouts this week June 13th and 14th 3-5:30pm with final tryouts June 14th 6-8pm. Please register online with the Sprague Athletics department and make sure you have a sports physical on file or have one completed and turned in by 3pm June 13th. Hope to see you there!

Are you looking for a way to help our incoming freshman have a successful transition from middle school to high school?  Do you need hours for community service this summer?  We are looking for volunteers to help us make the Amazing Race a great experience for our incoming freshman!  All students are welcome to swing by Mrs. W's room, Room 156, this week to pick up an application and to get more information to become a volunteer for this amazing opportunity.  6/7

Political Action Club is starting up! This is a club made for students who wish to learn and discuss the affairs that shape their world and decide whether or how to change it. We will discuss local, federal, and global events as well as issues such as economy, social justice, or various aspects of public policy. Anyone of any political view or affiliation is welcome. See Alex Steele or Ms. Freeby in Rm 159 for more information.

Come prepared with a musical theater song to sing (at least 64 bars of music)
A copy of your music for the accompanist or a voice free Karaoke version of the song
Clothes to move in= we will teach the dance there
A prepared monologue of 1-2 minutes that highlights comedy

Seniors, if you are interested in attending the Graduation Party but are worried about paying for a ticket, please come to the college and career center to discuss scholarship tickets from the Booster club. The Karianne K Zeller Memorial Scholarship Application is available in the ASPIRE Center or the Career and College Center.  This scholarship is for a graduating Sprague student who has worked a part-time job with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above with plans to attend a 4 year college.  For more information, please visit Ms. Dunn in the ASPIRE Center. 6/3
