We’d also like to welcome Kate Mathews as our new head swim coach. Kate was a division 1 swimmer at the University of Hawaii and the University of Alaska Fairbanks, along with previous high school head coaching experience. Best of all she is returning to us as a Sprague Alum! Kate will be hosting a parent/student meeting on Tuesday, November 9th at 6pm in the library. Please come welcome our new coach!

Registration is open for Winter sports (basketball, swimming, and wrestling). Get your registration and sports physicals in now to prevent any delay from participating in tryouts! Attention all wrestlers and anybody interested in wrestling! Next week will be our kick-off wrestling and goal setting camp from Monday November 8th to Wednesday November 10th. Each day will run from 3:45 pm - 6:00 pm. If you're currently participating in a fall sport, please focus on that. Season starts Monday, November 15th! Make sure you are signed up and registered on Family ID prior to then! See Coach A in Room 10 if you have any questions.
If you have a release period, please go to the main office during your assigned lunch time, before or after school or during your release period to pick up your Release Card.
