2020-21 Yearbooks are now on sale!  See the bookkeeper before or after school or during lunch to purchase a yearbook.  The cost is $75.00.

Attention all students: during your time at Sprague High School you have several opportunities to participate in patriotic ceremonies such as the Pledge of Allegiance during announcements each Tuesday, and singing the National Anthem during events such as assemblies and football games. 

At Sprague High School, we expect to see students sit or stand during patriotic displays. Both are your right. We also expect to see respect between students. Students who harass or intimidate other students based on their choice to participate or not participate in patriotic ceremonies may be removed from the activity and referred to restorative mediation. To sum up: participation is optional, but respect is required. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Attention Speech Team Members. Today’s synchronous practice has been cancelled. This only affects today. We will return to synchronous practice next week. Please read your email from Curry and visit our Canvas page for this week’s a-synchronous practice. New members, please check your email for the Canvas invitation and accept it. You have an a-synchronous practice plan as well. Finally, students from club rush who are interested in Speech Team, please swing by room 101 this week and see Curry for details, or feel free to come to synchronous practice next Tuesday. Once again, in-person practice today is cancelled. Team members should check your email and Canvas. 9/28

National Honor Society members, we will have our first meeting of the year on Tuesday, September 28 at 7:30 a.m. in room 6.  Enter through the pit doors near the green house.  See you Tuesday. 9/27

Last Saturday the cross-country team ran in the Nike Portland Cross country meet. It was a full day with lots of great times from all schools. Some of the best runners in the nation were there. Dakota Neaman and Will Nyleen were awesome and improved personal times by large margins, Seth Grey worked hard and earned his spot in varsity and Brin Christiansen got second for our Sprague girls creating some competition. It was a memorable meet and a lot of fun. The cross country team will have another race this Saturday in Albany. It should be good. Go Olys!!

2020-21 Yearbooks are in!  We will be distributing today at lunch for Sophmores and any others who may have missed their pickup day. All distribution will be during both lunch times on the commons stage. If you have CTEC and cannot make it the day you are scheduled, just come by the next day to get your yearbook.

Hey, Olympians do you like free food, being with your friends and playing yard games? Then come out to our pre game football tailgate tomorrow night starting at 5:00.  The first 400 students to arrive get a free hot dog with chips and a drink. There will be ladder ball, cornhole, spike ball, and DJ DOHMAN will be there setting the vibe. If you want to be at the tailgate you must wear a mask the entire time and maintain at least three feet of distance. If you cannot do this you will be asked to leave the tailgate. Lets not make this an issue and make the most of what we have! We will head over to the game right after and look forward to seeing you ALLLL there! Go Olys! 9/24

For all students who are planning on attending tonight’s Football game, masks are required for everyone who attends.  Masks need to be worn for the duration of the game.  Staff will be checking for masks at the entrance to the stadium and no spectator will be allowed into the stadium without a mask.  9/24

Attention students and staff-this is a reminder that we have moved club rush to be indoors in our commons. You will report to your advisory teacher and then wait to be released to come to club rush based on what lunch your advisor has. You will hear these dismissals over the intercom. 9/24
