Sprague Students, National Signing day is this Wednesday, Feb. 7th after school in the library at 2:30. Come celebrate with your fellow students to congratulate the Sprague Students that are planning on playing their sport of choice at the collegiate level.  If you are planning on playing at the collegiate level and have not notified the Sprague Athletic office please do so ASAP – See you all Wednesday after school, GO OLYS!

Please come and pick up your pottery items and take them home.  Many are glazed.  Also, those who need to glaze your pieces please come and do so after school for the next two weeks.  After glazing they will be fired. 2/7

Reminder that today is the Track and Field meeting in the wt. room after school starting promptly at 2:30.  All students interested in doing Track and Field this season should attend.

Seniors:  Friday, February 9th is your last chance to submit 2018 Yearbook Senior Portraits. You must pay the $25.00 late fee to the bookkeeper and turn in photo by February 9th.  No photos will be accepted after.  Optional quotes are due at the same time.  Send to spragueyb@gmail.com. 2/9

Congratulations to the Sprague Wrestling team who won their 6th straight conference title over the weekend. The Olympians had a school record 23 GVC placers. Winning individual titles were Bo Joklur, Josh Johnson, Daniel McClung, Landon Davis, & Santos Cantu. Making it to the finals & advancing to the state tournament were Michael Murphy, Luke Merzenich, & Jacob Luna. Overall, Sprague qualified 16 wrestlers for the state tournament & will compete for a state title in 2 weeks. Great job & good luck Sprague Winter Warriors! 2/6

Hey Olys! There will be a Japanese Culture Club Meeting at Lunch time in the Library on Thursday, February 8th. Important information on Fundraising will be given out to serious members. We look forward to seeing you there! 2/7

Buenos días Sprague! Are you feeling adventurous? Would you like to add some diversity to your candy and sweet treat choices? Spanish Club is hosting a “Sweet Treat Tasting” opportunity at their meeting this Thursday at lunch in room 124. Everybody is welcome. 2/8

January Students of the Month
For the month of January, we focused on students who demonstrated our school-wide expectation of saying Yes to Success. These students were selected for their hard work here at Sprague including their academic achievements, their work in the community, as well as for the way that they help make new students feel welcome here at Sprague. Congratulations to these students who were selected by Sprague staff for leaving a positive OLY legacy.
