This
Holiday season is a great time to show off your creativity. The Library will be
hosting a DIY Holiday Workshop this year for students and staff. Come by and
create décor or gifts Dec. 12th after school or Dec 13th
during lunch. Materials are provided, we just need you to put your imagination
to work! 12/13
ATTENTION SENIORS! You must submit your Senior Portrait to
the YEARBOOK by the end of TODAY. Any photo submitted after today is subject to
a $25 late fee until Feb. 9th. After that we can no longer accept
any submissions. 12/8
Starting
on Dec 11th, we will have our 2nd Annual “S” on the
Shelf. Each day Mrs. White will hide a metal Orange “S” and the first
person to see it needs to come see Mrs. White and tell her where it is.
You will receive a large candy cane stick. It could be hidden anywhere on
campus inside, which could mean in a classroom or administrative office. Happy Hunting, Ms. White! 12/8
There will be a girl’s tennis meeting Tuesday, December 12 in the
Sprague library from 7:00 – 8:00 pm for anyone interested in going out for
the tennis team. Both students and parents are encouraged to attend.
The next Sprague
Medical Society Meeting will be during lunch today in room 18. 12/8
Did you know that less than 40% of all high school across
the US teach computer science? Did you know that Sprague offers a wide
variety of Computer Science courses? If you are interested in this field,
stop by and see Mr Rodin in room 128 to talk about options. This week is
an international event known as Hour of Code. People all over the world
are encouraged to write an hour of code this week. For more information
look at posters in the hallway, talk to your teachers, or go to hourofcode.org
and explore some ideas.
