On Monday, December 2nd, Sprague will be kicking off it’s
basketball season with it’s first Fan Fest! Join us in the gym at 2:30 to
prepare for the basketball season. Pizza will be provided for the first 150 to
show up, and we’ll have more t-shirt giveaways. We’ll spend some time learning
yells and cheers, and will have areas for sign creation, t-shirt tie-dye and
design. Then we’ll watch as our girls play at 5:00 and boys play at 6:00. 12/2

Thanksgiving Food Drive is officially underway! Give back to the Sprague
community by donating to your 5th period class. This is a
competition, and the class that earns the highest points will win a donut/hot
chocolate party! Scoresheets are posted near the donation boxes. Perishable
items are only accepted on Friday, November 22nd. 11/21
It’s Musical Season! Guys and Dolls has opened and runs November 21st,
22nd and 23rd. That’s this weekend for those of you who
run on days not dates! Speaking of dates, get one, bring them to the show it
makes for a great evening of entertainment and some of your most talented
Sprague friends are performing including the ever talented Mr. Swartwout!
Get your tickets early from Ms. Lee is room 162 or at the door- just DON’T MISS
GUYS AND DOLLS!!!!
Attention Swim Team: There will be a parent meeting for start of
season tonight at 6pm in the Library. 11/20
Good morning! The Gay/Straight Alliance Club will be held today at
lunch. The meeting place from years past has changed to room 147-that’s Ms.
Hogfeldt’s (pronounced “HOEgfelt”) room,
in the science hall. It will be from 10:35-11:05, so bring your lunch,
ideas for future topics to discuss, and most importantly, your friends!
Please also come to the meeting ready to vote for our GSA president, vice
president, secretary or treasurer. Let’s make this meeting and club the most welcoming
and informative club on campus! We will be meeting every 3rd
Wednesday of the month. 11/20
Attention - All girls interested in joining the
girls’ basketball team, please stop by the athletic office for details. Girls
Basketball practice is from 3-5pm in main gym today through Thursday and 5-7 on

Good morning Olympians. Today, November 20th, Political Action Club wishes
you to observe Transgender Day of Rememberance to honor those who have died at
the hands of hate crime. Be you a member of the LGBT+ community or an ally,
please make sure you are there for your team peers and remember these lives
were not taken in vain. Speak up if you hear about threats or harassment and
see if you can make our school's environment as safe and welcoming for everyone
