Great Job Oly wrestlers!

Team Sprague had a great Icebreaker Meet vs. West Salem yesterday. Total team effort was outstanding and a lot of Personal Records were broken and set. Outstanding Individual feats were put in by Austin Kleinman--a double winner in the Shot and Discus.  Keaton Beckmann won the 100m and the Long Jump.  Freshman Zach Bartel had a great first High School Hurdles in the 110 Meter Hurdles. On the Girls Side, Kaylee Mitchell had a dominant win in the 800 and Ginger Murnieks ran away with the 1500.  Megan Sims represented well in the Throws and Hannah Kennedy had a great introductory Meet in the Triple Jump.  Emily Kraschel and Alexa Smith ran well also. Eric Martin tied the Pole Vault and Rustin Moon had a good first Meet as a Track Athlete. Special Thanks to many teachers who helped us run the meet, especially as our Timing Camera did not work in the heavy rain.  These were Ms. Nix, Ms. Alvarez, Mrs. Kleinman, Mrs. Garcia, Mr. Dinan, Mr. O'Connell and our Announcer Mr. Atkinson. Please come and support our next Home Meet after Spring Break on April 5th.  Go Olys!
