Congratulations to Ginger Murnieks, Elise Abbot, Jazlyn Collier, Emily Dixon, Riley White, Gillian Griffin and Lauren Hagenbeck who ran in the State Cross Country meet last Saturday. Ginger Murnieks placed 14th. She became a 2nd team all-state placer and qualified for the Nike Border Clash race. She had the best placing by a Sprague girl in almost 20 years. Elise Abbot ran a great race. She was the 5th fastest girl from the Great Valley Conference. She missed her all time P.R. by one second on the very tough state meet course. Jazlyn Collier, Emily Dixon, Riley White, Gillian Griffin and Lauren Hagenbeck ran new "course bests."  Given the difficulty of the course, Riley probably had the best race of her season.
