Want to see Sprague staff debate with members of Sprague's debate team? Of course you do. After school on May 31st Sprague will be hosting the Ultimate Showdown where teams of staff and students debate issues that affect you. 8 staff will have penny jars in their rooms. These donations will determine who will debate with whom. The teacher with the most money will debate with the Sprague debater with the least, so donate wisely. Proceeds go to Olympian Speech and Debate. See the hall signs or Mr. Curry for the list of who's debating. Then, on May 31st you can watch the debates and vote on who wins. Ballots will cost $1 each, and you can buy as many ballots as you want. Oh yeah, the amount raised will also determine the degree of controversy of the debate topics. If we raise $500 in the jars over the next 3 weeks, the final debate will be on . . . well, we'll let you know. Save a space on your Calendar for May 31st and Sprague's Ultimate Showdown. You only debate once.  (5/11)
