Congratulations to the Sprague wrestling team for bringing home a 4th place state trophy. The Olys were lead by senior Brandon Griffin who pinned his opponent from Crater in the finals making Brandon a 4 x state champion! Other Sprageu finishers were Yasfy Sorensen-2nd, junior Kaleb Raber – 3rd, senior Max Hollis – 5th, and junior Cliff Baxter-6th. Other scores for the Olys were Alex Funk, Collin Griffin, and Zach Zehner. Great job Olys! (2/27)

Oly Nation it is time to rise up and fill the stands at tonight’s Central Valley Conference Boys Basketball Tournament Second Round game vs. the Saxons from South! There will be lots of activities and novelties at tonight’s game including free Oly Nation Basketball T shirts, Oly Nation Terrible Towels and other surprises at the game! Since it is a conference tournament game the cost to attend is $3 with student body card and $5 without. Game time is 7pm! Be there! Be loud! Be Oly Nation proud!

Congratulations to the Sprague wrestling team for finishing 2nd in the conference meet this past weekend. The Olys were lead by conference champions Collin Griffin and Brandon Griffin. 2 place winners went to Caleb Raber, Yasfy Sorensen, Cliff Baxter, Zach Zehner, and Maxx Hollis. Other place winner were Alex Funk - 3rd, and 4th place finisher Steven Williams. These 9 will be attending the state tournament in two weeks. (2/14)

The Sprague Dance team placed first in their division at the Molalla High School dance team competition this past Saturday. This 1st place qualifies them for the state championships! The Olyannes also had two individual winners: Rachal Wilhite and Ellen Reece. The team's next competition will be this Saturday at West Salem High School. Congratulations Olyannes!!!

Between February 7th and February 14th, you can come into the Oly Lounge and order a drink with a message which will be delivered on Valentine’s Day by none other than Mr. Carnahan! The message and delivery will cost $0.50 in addition to the cost of the drink and you need to make your order by 7:30 on Valentine’s Day. Heart sprinkles, red food coloring, and strawberry syrup will be available to add to your order! So if you have a special someone or an amazing friend, tell them they’re awesome by ordering a Val-O-Drink for them! (2/14)

Good Morning Oly Nation! This weekend is a HUGE weekend for the Oly Wrestlers and Aquatic Specialists (i.e. swimmers!) as they both compete for their respective District Championships! The wrestlers will be home as Oly Nation hosts the district wrestling championships today and Saturday beginning at 3:30pm today, 10:am Saturday and the Swimmers will vie for their district championship at the KROC Center beginning Friday at 3:15pm and concluding Saturday at 2pm. In the last month, Environmental Club has composted 51 pounds of food waste from the lunch program. Compost is decomposed organic matter. By composting our food waste, Sprague not only saves valuable space in the landfill but also saves on the school's garbage bill. Eventually this compost will be available for enriching any type of soil.

Show your school spirit during spirit week with an Oly wristband. They'll be on sale February 14 - 17, in the commons. Help support the freshman class as they begin fundraising for their prom. (2/14)

Good Morning Oly Nation! This weekend is a HUGE weekend for the Oly Wrestlers and Acquatic Specialists (i.e. swimmers!) as they both compete for their respective District Championships! The wrestlers will be home as Oly Nation hosts the district wrestling championships Friday and Saturday beginning at 3:30pm on Friday and the Swimmers will vie for their district championship at the KROC Center beginning Friday at 3:15pm and concluding Saturday at 2pm.
