Sprague's Leadership is beginning a pant drive for homeless teens, called Teens for Jeans. They will be collecting your old pants and skirts in the Attendance office, Oly Lounge and leadership room, number 161. The first 20 students to donate a pair of pants in room 161 will receive a 25% coupon for a pair of new jeans at Aeropostale. Teens for Jeans will continue until February 10, so you have plenty of time to clean out your closet and donate. (1/31)

Congratulations to the Sprague Olyanne dance team for placing first in their division at the Sheldon High School dance team competition this past Saturday. The Olyannes also had three individual winners: Nicole Wiley, Rachal Wilhite and Faith Gaviola. The team's next competition will be this Saturday at West Linn High School. (1/31)

Congratulations to the #3 ranked Sprague Wrestler who defeated Tualatin last night 40 - 22. The Olys were lead by great performances from freshman Trent Martinez and senior Ford Van Winkle who pinned his opponent in 28 seconds! The Olys are currently ranked #3 in the State. The JV also won 48 - 21.

Congratulations to the Sprague Wrestling team for finishing 8th out of 97 teams competiting in the Sierra Wrestling Classic in Reno this past week. The Olys were lead by senior Brandon Griffin who defeated the #1 ranked wrestler in the country at 182 lbs. 5 to 1 in overtime. Other placers were Brennan Ridling who finished 4th, and Kaleb Raber who finished 5th.
Other wrestlers Sprague who made it to the final 16 before being eliminated were Logan Holmquist, Cliff Baxter, Yasph Sorensen, Alex Funk, Kyle Williams, and Max Hollis. Great job Olys!! (1/3)
