Congratulations to the following Speech Team members for their outstanding work last weekend at Pacific University. Morgyn Sattenspiel placed 6th in Poetry Interpretation. Anna and Sandra King placed 6th in Duo Interpretation. Bridgitt Shimmin placed 4th in Dramatic Interpretation. Devon O'Donnel, Jeff Metzger, Robyn Helwig, and Morgyn Sattenspiel quarterfinaled in Junior Division Public Debate. Ford Van Winkle placed 3rd in Senior Division Lincoln-Douglas Debate. And Austin Brokks and Quentin Michael placed 1st in Junior Division Public Debate. Great Job Oly Speechies. Also, Speech Team Members must remember that registration for this week's Student Congress at Tigard High School and this Saturday's tournament at Glencoe High School is Due tomorrow by 3:30 in Mr. Curry's room. Congratulations to the girls' basketball team for beating David Douglas last night 69-44. Jami Roos led the Olympians with 44 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Hannah Mocaby and Abby Merrill also contributed solid performances for the Olys. The JV girls also tallied a victory last night winning 39-36. Come support the girls as they take on Aloha at home this Friday. (1/5)

The Sprague Boys and Girls Basketball Teams play tonight. Go Olys!! Boys host Southridge High, starting at 5:15. Girls play at David Douglas starting at 4:00 with the Freshman game and ending at 7:00 with the Varsity Game. Please excuse the Girls Basketball Team at 1:15 today. (1/4)
