Advisory B day Schedule

December 13th-17th is National tell a secret week! Submit an anonymous secret about yourself to one of the boxes throughout the school. These boxes will be labeled "post-secret" and will be near teacher’s classrooms, so that we can maintain your privacy! We will be using these secrets to create a Sprague secrets website. We are all in this together-and no one is ever really alone. Everyone has a secret- what's yours? (12/17)

Team Sprague Track and Field will start preseason workouts when we get back from break. Workouts will be on Tuesday & Thursday from 2:45-4:00. All students interested in Track and not involved in a Winter Sport are welcome. Come Join Team Sprague! (12/17)

The Sprague Manga Club will be celebrating the holidays after school on Friday, Dec. 17 from 2:45-4:00. Please bring a white elephant gift to exchange, holiday anime, books to swap, and a snack to share. Cosplay is optional. We look forward to seeing you! (12/17)

There will be a short informational meeting in coach Cash's room (6 in the Pit) on Thursday Dec. 16th to go over the off-season workout plans. Attendance is mandatory for all non-winter sport football players. If you cannot make it, you MUST see coach Cash on your own time. (12/15)

"Help Sprague DECA aid Family Building Blocks this holiday season by donating new diapers to the main office. This organization helps babies affected by poverty and drugs have happier healthier lives. The diaper drive will run though December 15th; contact Julia Silver or Mallory Davis with any questions." Interested in owning your own business in the future? Want lots of free food and prizes? Come to the library after school on Thursday, December 16th! There will be free information on what it takes to start your own business as well as a fun lemonade stand game competition and raffle for all who participate. (12/16)

In case you missed the posters, Manther is hosting a live concert tonight to celebrate the launching of their album. The concert will be at the Grand Theater. Cost to attend is 5.00. You can buy them from the ASB store or in room 132 before or after school and during both lunches! (12/10)

The Girls Basketball Team hosts Woodburn girls tonight in our gyms starting at 5:15 with the Freshmen Game.

The Boys Basketball Team plays at West Linn tonight. Game times are 5:30 for freshmen and Junior Varsity, and 7:15 for Varsity.

The Varsity Wrestling Team is at Cascade High tomorrow morning at 8:00am for a meet.

If you are interested in playing Girl's High School Lacrosse or would just like to find out more about the sport please come to an information meeting tonight, at 7:00 p.m. in the library at South Salem High School. No experience is necessary to play and it's open to girls in grades 9-12. Information packets are available in the Sprague attendance office. Deadline for money is Tuesday December 7th. Beginners are always very welcome. That’s Saturday December 11th for the snowriders trip. Applications and information are in Room 15A (12/7)

Congratulations to the Olyannes Dance Team! The team placed second at the Santiam Competition on Saturday and qualified for Fall Championships on December 11. And, five dancers received individual awards: Paige Murphy, Mady Montgomery, Alicia Burns, Ellen Reece and Matti Menser. (12/6)

Civil War at Sprague: Want to see Burleson and Masten dress up as Ducks? Want to see Tomlin and West dress up as Beavers? Donate money to the money jar that represents your team all this week at both lunches! If the Duck jar wins then Burleson and Masten will dress up as Ducks. If the Beaver jar wins Tomin and West will dress like Beavers! This will happen at our Dorenbecher Toy Drive Party at lunch on Monday, December 6th! (12/6)

Help us raise money for Hoover by battling Mr. Crystal in a Ping Pong Match! It costs 1.00 to play per round. If you win against Crystal you keep your money! This happens at both lunches every day this week! (12/3)

Today is the first game day for Sprague Boys and Girls Basketball Teams! The Boys are playing at Parkrose High in Portland. The girls are hosting Dallas here with Freshman girls playing at 5:15 in the Upper Gym, JV playing at 5:30 in the main gym, and V at 7:00. Good Luck Olys !!

A representative from OIT will be at Sprague on Thursday, December 2 at 1:00 PM in the CRIC. At OIT you will find accounting, to robotics, to dental hygiene.
