Congratulations to the Olys wrestlers for winning 3 leagues duals last night in Redmond. Sprague defeated South Salem 81 to 0, North Salem 75 to 3, and Redmond 41 to 24. The Olys had outstanding performances by Alex Funk, Robert Barton, Alex Funk and Josh Gaskin. The JV's also finished with 3 wins! Great job Olys!!

OSU has more than 200 academic programs and a global element can be added to your education through study abroad programs. The “Christmas Around the World Cultural Evening” was a huge success. The students who came and participated are amazing and talented. The foreign language teachers would like to thank everyone who came out last night. We would also like to thank Mr. Adkins Video Production students who streamlined the program live to the Commons and onto the internet. Another thank you goes to Dani Potter who did an amazing job of running the sound and lights. If you would like to purchase a DVD of last night’s performance, just ask either Mr. Adkins, Mr. McBride, Ms. Gingrich, Mr. Juengling or Ms. Hatfield for one. The cost is $6.00. (12/10)

Congratulations to the Sprague Olyanne varsity dance team for placing first in both their lyrical and novelty divisions at the West Albany dance competition on December 5. Their novelty score was the highest score received by any team at the competition! These placements qualify the Olyannes for the fall State Dance Team Category Championships on December 19th in Portland. Great job dancers!

Congratulations to the Sprague Wrestlers for finishing 2nd this past weekend at the 8 team tournament at West Salem. The Olys were lead by champions Zach Zehner, Bryce Landolt, and Josh Gaskin. Good job Olys!!
